To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Freelance Workforce Manager who will take responsibility for recruiting, supporting and coordinating our freelance professionals. In this key role, you will be the central link between freelancers, internal stakeholders and the respective projects.

Your responsibilities:
- Recruitment and sourcing: You identify suitable freelancers, approach potential candidates directly and conduct selection interviews.
- Freelancer network development: You continuously expand our existing pool of qualified freelancers and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Contract negotiations: You negotiate terms, rates and assignment conditions and coordinate the preparation and administration of contracts.
- Assignment planning: You plan and coordinate freelancer assignments based on staffing requirements and project needs.
- Freelancer support: You are the central point of contact for our freelancers – from the initial conversation and ongoing assignment through to project completion.
- Internal coordination: You work closely with the responsible departments, identify staffing needs at an early stage and ensure that positions are filled reliably.
- Administration: You keep track of availability, contract periods, agreed terms and relevant documents while ensuring transparent and structured processes.
What you bring:
- Experience in recruiting, HR management, workforce scheduling or freelancer management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to coordinate several ongoing assignments and requirements simultaneously
- An independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work
- A confident and professional manner when working with applicants, freelancers and internal stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and a good understanding of market-appropriate rates
- Enthusiasm for building and maintaining a strong professional network
- Knowledge of Polish, English and German is an advantage
